4 person scramble – Best Shot – Team scores
Handicaps are required for all golfers at time of reservation.

Limit of 36 foursomes – first reserved, first served.

Registration time: (bring door prizes at this time)  Starts at 11am
Tee Time (arrange your own foursomes)  Shotgun start at 12:30pm

Gree Fees – 18 holes:  $50 reserved and paid for in advance (if you are an annual member of Nemadji Golf Course, there is no green fee.  Note this and your membership number on your reservation form.

Golf Carts: $20 reserved and paid for in advance
Golf carts are required for all golfers and shared between two individuals.  They will be available for pickup starting at noon on the course.

Lunch is not provided by the DSTA. Allow for extra time if you plan to eat at the clubhouse.

Social Hour: DSTA members and guests at the clubhouse with cash bar available.  starts at 4:30pm

Dinner: $25 reserved and paid for in advance – for all DSTA members and guests, golfers or not.

Door Prizes:  Door prizes are welcomed from members, guests, or businesses.  Please give them to the chairperson or golf registration person at the outing prior to golfing.

Golf Prizes: Many fine golf prizes will be awarded to the first, second, and third place winning teams and individuals for various proximity awards.  Since this is a scramble event, make sure all golfers attempt the longest putts and mark their cards accordingly.

Special Prizes:  Three special prizes will be awarded with tickets available all day for $5.00 each.

Hole Signs $250 reserved and paid for in advance.  You and your business are invited to sponsor a hole sign.
