Matthew Marrin will be updating us on the recent changes involving the FMCSA for the past few years and what is coming up.   He will also present information on the following:

• ELD Mandate (Dec 2019 enforced)
• Drug and Alcohol Clearing House (Oct 2019 – opens/Feb 2020 enforced)
• Entry Level Driver Training (Trainers must be registered by Jan 2020)
• National Registry 2 (Medical certificates e-sent to DVS Jan 2020)
