It has been a few years since we started the DSTA Scholarship Fund so it’s time for an update. The
DSTA started fundraising for the fund in 2017 and worked on establishing the endowment fund. The
first scholarship was awarded in 2018. By January 2020, the endowment fund had grown to
$20,000. By now (October 2023) the fund has grown to $26,429. $24,000 is permanently endowed
and earning interest and $2,429 is available for scholarships.
