On October 16th, approximately 20 people toured AAR Aircraft Services, located on the north side of the Duluth International Airport.
AAR employees showed tour participants the four A320/319 jetliners undergoing checks in the hangar. Participants learned about the different types of aircraft maintenance checks, as well as the extensive supply chains necessary to support AAR’s business activities. Attendees expressed amazement at the complexity of the aircraft and the meticulous procedures that must be followed to make sure all repairs are made and documented correctly. At the conclusion of the hour-long tour, approximately 15 people gathered at Buffalo Wild Wings to socialize and network.
Event organizers, Daniel Rust and Pat Murphy, extend a special “Thank You” to AAR for hosting our group.
